3. Third-Party Services & AI: Google Firebase: Used to securely store your audio files and text data. Google Gemini API: Used strictly to transcribe your audio into text. Your private audio and transcripts are never used to train public AI models.
4. Your Rights and Control: You own your memories. You can delete any story, audio file, or your entire account at any time from within the app.
1. Consent to Record: You are solely responsible for the content you record. You agree that you will only record individuals who have given you their explicit consent.

3. Limitation of Liability: We built this app to preserve history, but it is provided "as is." We are not legally or financially liable for any lost data, server outages, or transcription errors. Please keep personal backups of your most cherished audio.
